We can also can be instrumental in providing integration solutions with point-of-sales and inventory management systems, output to accounting systems like QuickBooks-tm and even help achieve greater cost-efficiencies and staff "buy-in" throughout the entire operation and enterprise. We are even pioneering new rich media applications for e-commerce using new lower cost web television and virtual reality applications.

So what is the key to e-business success? What we have learned these last five years of working closely with our clientele is that it has to do with a higher degree of quality-controlled project management in three pivotal focus areas : 1) Traditional Marketing; 2) E-Mail Marketing, and 3) ongoing Web Site Updating. When all three areas of focus are working together, and are "in sync" it's a powerful and winning combination.
So that's why we here at New World Communications are now stepping up to the plate with our new "Power Triangle" Project Management Services, and we're now starting to make some real impact with our clientele by providing expertise in key areas that impact their overall business success and bottom line. For instance, NWC's new Print-to-Internet rapid deployment publishing process saves, time, money and delivers better quality by leveraging our clients' existing investment in traditional and highly successful print advertising and putting digital "shoppable" versions of their print catalogs online...in the same challenging print publishing timeframe. We also coordinate with other in-store promotions like free drawings and free gift giveaways to generate e-mail addresses that can be used for a state-of-the-art "opt-in" e-mail marketing campaign that provides information of authentic interest and value.
Finally, on the web site front, with a coordinated approach driven by our S.M.A.R.T. planning/project-managed approach, we provide additional services to integrate and reconcile pricing and availability of online goods with pricing and availability of in-store goods.

So the economy is down and business has noticeably slowed up, but how should this experience be intelligentlly addressed? Should we all just stand around and mope and moan about "being in the doldrums", or take advantage of the extra time to do things even better than we did before?
For us, addressing the latter question is the only way to continue to move forward and we've now come to realize that this slow period has really been a blessing in disguise because it's allowed us to reflect, re-think, and re-position ourselves to provide expanded services in three major challenge areas: 1)traditional marketing, 2) "next-phase" e-marketing, and 3) even more exciting web capabilities.
Let's face it. As long as more dollars were coming through the door, you could afford to make more marketing mistakes, violating even "tried-and-true" rules with a certain 21st century smugness because of an overheated economy, like just throwing up a web site or e-storefront, without much premeditated business focus or marketing communications planning and not even knowing why "net new" e-business just happened to roll in whenever it did. The idea of using e-mail to get people back to your web site, was at most an aftersight, even if you ever thought to send e-mail at all.
But now that things have slowed up quite a bit, it kind of makes you think long and hard again about what people REALLY need and want, and how to find that out. It also makes you think long and hard about how to communicate your understanding of their needs and wants once you acquire that understanding. These are things we've been thinking and doing something about, so now we'd like to share the outcome of that process with you: better and expanded services from New World Communications that will also help you take advantage of today's economy, this "opportunity in disquise" so read on, and also be sure to visit our Support and Planning Resources page. |

NWC's Next-Generation E-Marketing: The Rx for Success
|
|
Is your web site still not generating as much traffic or business as you'd like? And is it still "missing the mark" when it comes to continually delivering information of genuine value or interest to existing or prospective customers, like what's actually going on in your brick-and-mortar business? And are you having a difficult time even getting your own in-house staff interested in your web site even though you've tried to cut costs by bringing web development in-house using staff, friends or family and tried to do the e-mail thing yourself?
If this sounds like you, then moving forward with New World Communications' new "next-generation" e-marketing strategies could really help. What we are talking about here is re-visiting what you are currently doing and sitting down with you to review your advertising budget. The new full-color rich HTML e-mail marketing technology we can provide is very cost-effective and can be awesomely powerful with good e-campaign planning, provocatively-written copy, and a continually updated and coordinated attractive web site.
By identifying and reallocating advertising dollars, (probably already being spent in other areas), to NWC-provided new e-marketing services, we can help you get more "bang" for advertising bucks by moving forward with "next phase" e-mail marketing management software to design and implement a powerful e-marketing communications campaign based on authentic customer needs and interests...not spam..or just lukewarm text-only based copy.
|
As a matter of fact, we'll even have new list members "opt-in" because the information and incentives are so good...e.g. like receiving really good information about achieving e- business success using next-generation e-mail technology :) Admittedly, we are doing a little shameless self-promotion here, but we think you get the point. If you want to take advantage of next-generation e-marketing strategies too to be more succesful than you are now, then contact us - 425-844-8908 or e-mail us at: ajohn@newworldcom.com and we'll help you be more successful too.

If you donate your precious time as a community volunteer, or work in the public sector as a manager or staff person, don't you get tired of dealing with the same old challenges the same old way: like trying to manage contacts with people, prospective donors, recruiting volunteers and staff, trying to build or fix the community council board, paying big bucks for "snail mail" mailing costs and sending out your black-and-white newsletter (who can afford color right?)..if and when you can get to it?
And don't you get a little tired if you find yourself still doing a lot manual "grunt work", when in the back of your mind you know that there is probably is a better way to do the job with computers? And sometimes don't you get tired of all those institutional policies and mindsets that just seem to always get in the way of meaningful community resource development when you try to raise funds, promote and develop programs and attempt to outreach and communicate with other stakeholders? And aren't you're just a little tired of the fact that the media, both commercial and public actually do very little to champion your own local cause with the kind of point-of-view and messages that need to be communicated with your own community-based stakeholders' interests in mind?
Well if that sounds like you, then you may want to look at all the new new 21st century community resource development opportunities that are out there now, like affordable contact management, customer relationship management (CRM) and knowledge-base technologies for recruitment, and funding procurement, and resource access management. There are also affordable web presence, e-commerce, and virtual reality technologies that can be used to show off your space in "3-D", accept online donations, conduct auctions, train people remotely and get people excited enough to even make online pledges of major gifts. There's also exciting new e-mail marketing technologies that deliver full-color newsletters that have click-through links to your web site, at lower cost, instantly, and there's even new affordable low-cost digital television and radio that community stakeholders can author and webcast themselves. What's in it for you is a "cheaper, quicker, and better" way to develop community resources.
